The newly developed equipment is suitable for emulsion, lotion and cream products for skincare with different viscosities, and can be used for various containers with different shapes with adjustable puck.

Speed at 40-50 pcs/min depending on conditions, the equipment is composed of hopper，material feeding with controlled by servo motor, round conveyor, cleaning with blowing-suction, filling system with servo control, automatic capping and de-pucking with higher filling accuracy.
