ATPACK has launched newly designed 24 workstation filling/capping line. The line speed can reach 60 ppm which includes automatic bottle loading, cleaning, 6 heads filling, capping unit, coding & inspection and cartoning.

The capping unit is compact and flexible design where it integrate the lid & cap sorting, automatic lid/cap loading, pump loading, pre-capping and capping functions that fit the different applications for different products for customer. This capping unit is the first local designed and launched machine to replace western import one but quality and efficiency is even higher than imported machine.

Nowadays, the line with new technology are used by S’young and Pechion which are the famous brand in China with good performance and we got positive feedback from customer.
