Cartoning machine is now widely used in beauty cosmetic industry as in manufacturing this process is the most labor intensive one while in China man hour cost is growth rapidly. Previous years, this market, especially for high quality, stable and flexible machine were covered by foreign company with very high cost. To change it by ‘Made In China’ Suzhou ATPACK Machinery invested in R&D to develop horizontal automatic cartoning machine AP60 applying for tube, jar, bottle and facial mask with or without liner at speed 60 ppm. Further more, the new semi-automatic vertical cartoning machine will be launched by end April in 2021. So far, our horizontal cartoning are used in Proya, OSM, Guangzhou Aiyun (Kangaroo Mommy), Pechoin & Unifon (S’YOUNG) where we delivered/will be deliver 15 units where we got very positive feedback. However，the vertical machine APV50 applying for lipstick , eyebrow pencil packing speed at 50 ppm will be used in Cosmax , a Korea OEM company.
